These services are not a one size fits all and are ideal during any stage of pregnancy and postpartum. Your stage of pregnancy and/or postpartum will determine the type of planning and care you receive. These sessions are dedicated to helping you prepare and plan for postpartum as well as learning about appropriate rest, recovery and healing during the initial postpartum time. Additional sessions can be added as needed.

Single Sessions

1 session I $150

Postpartum is often full of surprises and unforeseen challenges. In our session together, I will help you navigate the ever changing terrain and provide a listening ear. These sessions are ideal both before and after birth and can focus on any number of topics within postpartum.
