Mothers are as tender and new as their baby and all babies need to be held, fed and comforted.
So, I ask, who is holding, feeding and comforting the mother?
Postpartum Care
The early postpartum days are raw, tender, and transformative. You may be feeling excited, uncertain, emotional, or simply exhausted. You might be wondering:
Who will take care of me while I care for my baby?
How will I rest, eat, heal, and stay grounded through all of this?
This is where I come in.
As a postpartum doula, I offer mother-centered care rooted in the wisdom of Ayurvedic and ancestral traditions. My work is not clinical or prescriptive — it’s personal, intuitive, and deeply supportive. It’s about nourishing you so that you can meet this sacred transition with the rest, warmth, and care you truly deserve.
Thriving. Not just surviving. It is possible.
What Does Postpartum Care Feel Like?
With me by your side, postpartum feels...
Like someone is tending to you as you tend to your baby
Like warm meals, healing herbs, and deep listening
Like rest, replenishment, and knowing you don’t have to figure it all out alone
What I Offer
My in-home care is centered around the principles of rest, nourishment, warmth, and presence. Each visit is shaped by your needs and includes:
Warm, grounding meals based on ideal postpartum foods
Herbal teas, sitz baths, yoni steaming and body work
Gentle emotional support and space to process birth
Belly binding (if desired)
Infant care guidance
Household help as needed (light tidying, laundry, etc.)
Voice/text support between visits
Postpartum preparation and planning during the prenatal time
Everything I offer is rooted in the belief that you know what’s best for you. My role is to walk beside you, not to fix, advise, or direct, but to hold space for your unique path.
