Singing in Full Bloom

Song Circles for women, mothers and their little ones

When we sing in circle, we remember we’re not alone. We soften, breathe deeper, and allow ourselves to be held in sound and sisterhood.

When Women Gather

There is something ancient, soothing, and powerful about women gathering in circle to sing. In the postpartum period, when life feels tender, raw, and ever-changing, sharing songs in community can offer grounding, joy, and deep emotional release.

Singing together is more than just making music. It calms the nervous system, lifts the spirit, and fosters a sense of connection that is often missing in early motherhood. Science tells us that singing reduces stress hormones and boosts feel-good chemicals like oxytocin, the same hormone that nurtures bonding between mother and baby.

When we sing in circle, we remember we’re not alone. We soften, breathe deeper, and allow ourselves to be held in sound and sisterhood. This space welcomes your whole self…tired, joyful, overwhelmed, in love and your little one too. Babies benefit from the soothing rhythms and sounds, and mothers find comfort in the shared experience of voice, heart, and presence.

No singing or vocal experience is needed, just a willingness to show up. This is not about performance. It’s about coming as you are, finding your voice, and weaving it into something greater - a community that listens, lifts, and belongs to each other.

Come sing with us. Come be nourished.
